7.4 Order Cancellations & Refunds Due to Stock Shortages
In the event that an order is cancelled or partially fulfilled due to stock shortages, the affected amount will be refunded in the form of store credit points instead of cash refunds. These points are credited to the customer's account as follows:
- 1 point per cent ($0.01 per point) of the refunded amount.
- Points can be used at any time and do not expire.
- Store credit points are redeemable at a rate of 1 cent per point when shopping on our website.
Once the refund is processed, a coupon code equivalent to the refunded amount will be sent to the customer's registered email. Customers can apply this coupon at checkout for future purchases. By placing an order, you agree to these refund terms in case of stock shortages.
